Our refund policy is as follows:
- If you are not satisfied with the quality of the services we have provided, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the final deliverables. We will work with you to address any issues and, if necessary, provide a partial or full refund.
- If you cancel your project before it has been completed, we will provide a refund for any work that has not been completed.
- If we are unable to complete your project due to circumstances beyond our control, such as unforeseen illness or natural disasters, we will provide a full refund.
Please note the following:
- All refunds will be processed using the same method of payment that was used for the original purchase. No means for alternative would be allowed.
- There are no refunds any Domain Registration Purchases as that is controlled by Third Party Agencies.
